Honest moderation is what separates a trust platform from a rumor mill. Here's exactly how we operate.
Moderation policy
Every submission is screened by AI for spam, abuse, duplicates and unnecessary personal data. Submissions that fail any check are queued for human moderators trained on platform guidelines. Repeat offenders are banned and their content removed.
Evidence handling
Uploaded files are stored privately and only displayed in the context of an approved report. Personal information visible in evidence (faces, ID numbers, full phone numbers of innocent parties) is automatically blurred before publication.
Right of reply
Any business or person named in a report can respond publicly with their side of the story. We never remove evidence-backed reports without verifying the claim, but we always show both sides.
Removal requests
If a report is factually incorrect, send a removal request via the contact form with documentation. Verified false reports are removed within 72 hours and the reporter loses contributor status.
